We use only premium, EPA‑compliant marine‑grade lumber and hardware selected specifically for your particular body of water. Our materials are completely free of copper chromium arsenate (CCA), ensuring fish, turtles, and other marine wildlife remain protected from harmful chemical leaching for generations to come. We also follow EPA‑regulated standards for wood selection: pressure‑treated freshwater‑rated lumber for freshwater environments, and pressure‑treated saltwater‑rated lumber for coastal or brackish conditions. While some builders cut corners and use whatever material is on hand, we never do—because protecting your property and body of water is non‑negotiable for us.
